We are a Digital Services technology company, launched recently by a team of veterans from across the industry. You’re prepared to, not just look for a project based engagement but, buy into the vision & keep at this for the time it will take, and have the emotional energy to keep overcoming “innovation fatigue”. You know this is about the customers and partners who depend on us, the enterprise, and everyone who works for us.
In this job, the chosen candidate will:
- Develop Server side applications for mobile/web platforms
- Develop Interfaces & API frameworks for 3rd party integrations
- Embrace data-based experimentation
- Connect with experts in the company and the broader industry
- Drive for tangible and measurable results
Essential Skills
- 1-5 years of experience in designing, developing, building, and implementing high transaction systems
- 1-5 years Mobile app development, web development & responsive web design
- 1-5 years’ Experience in J2EE concepts primarily JMS, EJB, JDBC, Design Patterns, Web services, Spring, JPA/Hibernate, REST services
- 1-5 years’ Experience in developing API frameworks & 3rd party integrations
- 1-5 years’ experience of Data Modeling, RDBMS & SQL (we use Oracle and MySQL)
- Proven ability to excel within an "agile" environment
- Analytical & problem solving skills (Object Oriented, etc)
- BS or MS in computer science, information systems, or equivalent experience
- Interpersonal skills that peers would describe as “charismatic”
Preferred Skills
- Experience of working in the healthcare industry
- Able to demonstrate Solid understanding of application performance monitoring
- Insight into the way that digital transformation is affecting our industry
- A broad social network both within the enterprise and with external visionaries
