InfloWay Technologies is looking for a qualified and experienced candidate having significant expertise in building varying size of websites development projects willing to join our growing InfloWay management team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for the client.
- Plan, deliver and manage complex website projects.
- Lead website development projects.
- Provide leadership, guidance and management to multiple project teams throughout the launch of the website.
- Ensure that projects and services are delivered to the client on time.
- Coordinate with the team working on a project which may include designers and developers.
- Ensure that the projects are delivered according to the client’s expectations.
- Responsible for the project planning, scheduling, and for monitoring and reporting the progress against the plan.
- Set and continually manage project expectations with team members.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
- Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
- Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
- Develop and deliver progress report.
- Setting quality standards and ensuring they are met while designing and developing websites.
- Help Sales department with Pre-sales analysis and documentation.
Skills:
- Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator of at least 2 years.
- Experience in project management, from conception to delivery.
- Good knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Project Management Methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g. Basecamp, Freedcamp etc.)
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
- Excellent communication skills and good understanding of websites and social media.
