1. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications preferred.
2. 5+ years’ experience in Telemarketing or an Outbound Call Center Environment
3. Must have an experience of working on SEO / Digital Marketing Campaigns
4. Familiarity with Telemarketing Software Systems (CRM)
5. Excellent Communication, Management, Interpersonal and Leadership Skills
6. Advanced Conflict Resolution Skills
7. Ability to work under pressure.
