The Information Technology Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Karachi. This role involves managing daily IT operations, including monitoring network performance, maintaining hardware and software systems, and ensuring data security and system availability. The IT Executive will provide technical support to internal teams, resolve IT incidents, and coordinate troubleshooting efforts for network, server, and end-user issues. Additionally, the role includes implementing IT policies and procedures, supporting the integration of technology with service operations, and collaborating across departments to optimize IT resources. Proactive problem-solving, thorough documentation of IT processes, and regular reporting on system health and improvements are essential aspects of this position.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day IT operations, including network monitoring, hardware and software maintenance, and system availability.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot IT incidents for internal teams, addressing network, server, and end-user issues.
- Implement and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Support integration of IT systems with service operations to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize IT resources and infrastructure.
- Document IT processes, incidents, and resolutions to maintain comprehensive records.
- Prepare regular reports on system performance, security status, and improvement initiatives.
- Ensure data security and compliance with organizational standards.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in IT operations and support.
- Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills to efficiently diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and user issues.
- Proficiency in network administration, server management, backups, and daily infrastructure tasks.
- Broad knowledge of information technology, including operating systems, cybersecurity fundamentals, and enterprise applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in an on-site IT role supporting multi-location or field-based teams.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with IT service management practices, including documentation and incident/change management tools.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
