Information Technology Officer

The Information Technology Officer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Lahore. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting daily IT operations to maintain a stable and secure technology environment. This includes monitoring and maintaining hardware, software, and network infrastructure. The role requires providing technical support to internal users by diagnosing and resolving incidents promptly, escalating complex issues when necessary.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain IT hardware, software, and network systems to ensure operational stability and security.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and user-related issues.
- Assist with system and network administration tasks, including user account management, backups, updates, and configuration changes in compliance with company policies and security standards.
- Participate in IT projects aimed at improving system reliability, efficiency, and compliance.
- Maintain accurate IT documentation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the IT department.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong foundational knowledge of Information Technology with hands-on experience in enterprise environments.
- Proven troubleshooting and technical support skills for diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and user issues.
- Practical experience in network administration, including basic configuration, monitoring, and adherence to security best practices.
- Competence in system administration tasks such as managing operating systems, user accounts, updates, and backups.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management skills suitable for a structured on-site work environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
