· Perform coding and/or configuration to meet documented needs, using standard procedures and techniques
· Develop appropriate test scenarios and scripts as needed
· Create and update technical design document and object test plans
· Follow change management process utilizing ticketing system and work priorities
· Provide technical support and resolves customer inquiries and production issues
· Serve as a coach/mentor to less experienced developers. Manages and delegates tasks as appropriate
· Oracle Applications eBusiness Suite 12.1.3 (EBS) including Oracle Workflow, Oracle Forms, Reports, PL/SQL, XML/BI Publisher
· Oracle Application Framework, JDeveloper with OA extension
· Understanding of Oracle AIMS methodology and conversant with BR100, MD50, MD70
Required Skills:
· Bachelors in Computer Science.
· Should have 5+ years of in-depth experience.
· Hands-on experience configuring in Oracle HCM including Core HR Absence Management Time and Labor Payroll Benefits and Talent
· Strong expertise in Oracle EBS
· Should have full project lifecycle experience from requirements through deployment/support
· Should have at least 1 full lifecycle implementation of Oracle HCM
· Understand all integrations within the Oracle E-Business Suite landscape
