Responsibilities:
- Manages a team of implementation specialists that are responsible for the implementation of technical systems, software, hardware, or solutions. Oversees and supports multiple the implementation projects. Reviews external client’s product demands, develops project plans and ensures that implementations are completed on time, within budget, and meet client expectations
- Deployment and advanced configuration of Windows Server OS i.e., Windows 2008/2012/2016
- Deployment and advanced configuration of UNIX/Linux distributions
- Deployment and configuration on Microsoft Azure Cloud
- Assist in designing, transitioning, and deploying of applications to various clouds
- Develop tools and framework to improve operational efficiency and anomaly detection
- Design and operate the environment to test application resiliency to infrastructure instabilities
- Responsible for application configurations in different cloud environmentsEnsures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.
- Taking ownership of technical issues and working with our Development group to resolve more advanced issues when necessary.
- Resolving escalated customer complaints.
- Participation in providing training to customers as required.
- Provide critique to make further development in preexisting Capital market applications so that faster, efficient, and more Quality information can be extracted in each scenario
- Developing Database Structures for the Capital Market Applications.
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience
- Strong grip on DBA operations (Installation, Backup and restore)
- Database performance tuning
- Applications deployment and configurations
- Experience in SSL certificate configurations and installation
- Hands-on experience on Windows and Linux
- Should be able to prepare VMs
- Able to troubleshoot the issues
- Strong client communication skills
