ROLE:
The contract manager’s task is to ensure consistent management of all proposals and contracts. This generally includes oversight of the contract management process, as well as development of specific standards for bidding and submission, contract negotiations and document management. The contract manager’s role in the contract development process requires close collaboration with various departments, including Finance, Respective Business Units, Pre-Sales, and Sales.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Advising Top Management on all legal matters
· Drafting & Reviewing all types of Contracts /Agreements as per the need of the Company
· Contract Negotiation
· Contracts Management & Administration
· Mediation/out of Court Settlements
· Provide assistance in any legal matter to all departments of the company
· Coordinating with Litigators, Attorneys, Law Firms & SECP
· Representing the company before regulators, judicial and quasi-judicial forums
· Developing and overseeing the systems that ensure the company complies with all applicable codes, as well as its legal and statutory requirements.
· Prepare legal briefs, develops strategy, arguments, and testimony in preparation for presentation of case.
· To ensure that the Company pursues its objects as defined in its governing documents.
· Gather evidence and documents to formulate defense or to initiate legal actions.
· To safeguard the good name and values of the Company
