Manager Finance

Inframinds is seeking a dedicated Manager Finance to oversee and enhance financial operations related to large-scale infrastructure development construction projects. The ideal candidate has a strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and tax & regulatory compliance, with a minimum of 10 years of professional experience in similar settings. ACCA (Member preferred); CA Finalist / MBA Finance will be an added advantage. Articleship from a reputable Audit Firm preferred. 2-5 years of post-training, industrial, or construction sector experience will be considered an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Manage project financial reporting, budgeting forecasting, and cash flow planning for construction projects.
Monitor project costs, subcontractor payments, material procurement budgets, and ensure cost control across all construction activities.
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, contract requirements, and statutory obligations.
Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, including project-wise profitability and WIP (Work-in-Progress) reporting.
Implement and monitor internal controls for procurement, inventory, project billing, and contract administration.
Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, consultants, clients and regulatory authorities.
Analyze project financial performance, identify cost-saving opportunities, and provide recommendations to senior management.
