Infrastructure Development Supervisor

Al Ghafoor Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Infrastructure Development Supervisor to manage and oversee civil works and infrastructure development activities at its society projects located in Gulshan-e-Maymar and Surjani, Karachi. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience in civil construction, infrastructure development, and contractor coordination, ensuring that all ongoing development works are executed efficiently and meet quality standards. This is a full-time, on-site position requiring strong leadership and practical knowledge of various civil engineering tasks.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily infrastructure development and civil construction activities at project sites.
- Monitor the progress and quality of road construction, sewerage, drainage, and other related infrastructure works.
- Coordinate effectively with contractors, labor teams, and site staff to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with approved plans, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Enforce site safety procedures and construction guidelines consistently.
- Track project milestones and contribute to the timely completion of assigned activities.
- Identify and report site issues promptly, collaborating with management for resolution.
- Prepare and submit regular progress reports to management for review.

Required Qualifications
- Proven professional experience in civil works and infrastructure development.
- Practical knowledge of road construction, sewerage, drainage, and related civil engineering works.
- Strong skills in site supervision, labor management, and contractor coordination.
- Solid understanding of construction quality standards and site safety practices.
- Excellent communication, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work on-site at the specified project locations in Karachi.

Compensation and Work Environment
The position offers a monthly salary starting from Rs. 45,000. This role requires physical presence at the project locations, emphasizing hands-on supervision and direct involvement in daily operations.
