We are looking for a talented and experienced DevOps Engineer to join our team and play a key role in designing, implementing, and managing secure and scalable infrastructure along with automation workflows. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance CI/CD pipelines, optimize cloud environments, improve monitoring systems, and refine deployment strategies. The ideal candidate will bring strong practical experience with AWS, container orchestration, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and modern DevOps methodologies. If you have a passion for automation, cloud-native technologies, and building high-availability systems, this position offers an excellent opportunity to grow and contribute.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure using AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, and IAM.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines leveraging tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or GitHub Actions.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning through Terraform or CloudFormation scripts.
- Manage containerized applications using Docker and orchestrate Kubernetes clusters (EKS or self-hosted).
- Implement and maintain monitoring and logging solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or CloudWatch.
- Ensure infrastructure security, scalability, reliability, and optimize system performance.
- Troubleshoot production issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
- Collaborate with development teams to support deployment automation and environment management.
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date technical documentation for infrastructure and processes.
Required Qualifications
- 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Infrastructure Engineering roles.
- Strong proficiency in Linux system administration and scripting languages such as Bash and Python.
- In-depth knowledge of AWS cloud architecture and core services.
- Proven expertise with Infrastructure as Code tools, specifically Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Practical experience managing Docker containers and Kubernetes clusters, preferably EKS.
- Skilled in building and managing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub Actions, or equivalent tools.
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging platforms including Prometheus, ELK, Grafana, or CloudWatch.
- Solid understanding of networking concepts, security best practices, and DevOps principles.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Preferred Qualifications and Additional Skills
- Experience working with other cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Microsoft Azure.
- Knowledge of GitOps workflows, configuration management tools like Ansible, or serverless computing architectures.
- Understanding of cost optimization strategies, compliance requirements, and multi-cloud deployments.
- Experience with CI/CD security, audit trails, and policy-as-code tools such as Open Policy Agent (OPA).
This is a full-time, on-site position. Candidates should be prepared to discuss their hands-on experience with AWS services in detail, describe a CI/CD pipeline they have developed or managed—including the tools used and challenges faced—and demonstrate their proficiency in English communication.
