1.Handle and liaise with tax bureau, tax consultant, bank officer and relevant regulatory bodies for the company related matter.
2.Ensure the accounting records are complete and accurate and delivery
3.Design, adapt, evolve, document processes and internal controls to ensure that all accounting and finance department requirements are met
4.Choose, design, and implement various systems, processes and internal controls, necessary for a growing company.
5.Oversee account reconciliation for GL accounts to supporting detailed reports;6.Review supporting accounting reconciliations to the GL;
7.Close the transactional month-end on the company’s schedule;
8.Responsible for the company's all respects of financial management, including issuing financial statements, following up the collection plan, overseeing all accounting operations and performing financial analysis, and preparing budget and Forecast, etc.
9.Lead financial teams and ensure everyone could meet deadlines.
