Key Responsibilities:
• The candidate must be able to identify and generate opportunities while managing and expanding key customers.
• Must be able to generate leads and converting them into deals to achieve sales targets.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and contractors.
• Preparing detailed proposals, quotations, and bid documents for tenders and direct sales.
• Maintaining a sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups, and providing accurate sales forecasts and reports.
Skills & Qualifications:
• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing and related experience of 1-2 years for MEP & HVAC Industry sales experience, with strong understanding of applications.
• Good verbal and written command in English for communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address customer challenges effectively.
