Injection Molding Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Technician with 2 to 4 years of experience specializing in injection molding maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hydraulics and hands-on expertise in maintaining and troubleshooting injection molding machinery. This role requires working on-site to ensure smooth and efficient operation of production equipment.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on injection molding machines to minimize downtime.
- Diagnose and repair hydraulic systems and components to maintain optimal machine performance.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and hydraulic issues promptly to avoid production delays.
- Collaborate with the production team to identify maintenance needs and implement effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and report any recurring problems to management.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all maintenance activities.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Mechanical Engineering.
- 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in injection molding maintenance.
- Proven expertise as a Hydraulic Technician with practical experience in hydraulic system maintenance and repair.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly with production and engineering personnel.

Compensation and Work Location
The position offers a monthly salary ranging from Rs70,000 to Rs72,000. This is an in-person role, requiring the candidate to be present at the work location to carry out maintenance tasks effectively.
