We are looking for a skilled Injection & PET Blow Molding Machine Supervisor with extensive technical expertise and practical experience in operating and overseeing both Injection Moulding and PET Blow Moulding machines. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in supervisory roles, strong knowledge of machine operations, and the ability to efficiently manage production processes to meet quality and output targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily production activities involving Injection Moulding and PET Blow Moulding machines.
- Monitor machine performance, production output, and ensure product quality standards are maintained.
- Ensure smooth operation of machines and work proactively to minimize downtime.
- Identify machine faults and coordinate timely troubleshooting and maintenance activities.
- Manage and lead machine operators and production staff to achieve operational goals.
- Ensure adherence to production targets, quality control measures, and safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate production records and provide regular reports on operational performance to management.

Required Qualifications:
- 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in the plastics manufacturing industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of Injection Moulding and PET Blow Moulding machines.
- Proven experience in a supervisory capacity is mandatory.
- Familiarity with machine settings, troubleshooting techniques, production planning, and quality control processes.
- Excellent leadership abilities, strong problem-solving skills, and effective team management capabilities.

Compensation and Work Location:
The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs. 120,000 to Rs. 150,000. This is an in-person role requiring the candidate to be present at the work location.
