Visual Design: Implement the visual design language including grid, typography, color and other design-language patterns and deliver visual design for the products promotion campaigns, marketing campaigns include all kinds of events and social media campaign on time and with quality;
Brand constancy: Output regional branding standard design includes all kinds of marketing materials, partners’ store standard design, and help to maintain the brand consistency throughout all of our marketing projects;
Creative contribution: Create creative design elements or visual projects in cooperation with the MarCom Specialist and other business departments;
Design guidance: Contribute to setting design strategy and guidelines for new projects based on a deep understanding of user needs, business goals and technical limitations; provide necessary training to team members for the design skills improvement;
Strategic alignment: Work closely with headquarters design counterparts to align the design strategies and execution consistency;
