Job Description

Financial Modeling Analyst

  • Building financial models using historical data and providing forecasts based on various industry-related operating metrics. Well versed with several industries
  • Conducting Scenario Analysis based on macro and micro factors that will help in accessing risk.
  • Recommending and Implementing process for improvements to budget and prepare forecast for company.
  • Applying appropriate sensitivity and scenario analysis to support investment actions.
  • Updating financial models during earnings seasons and following corporate actions.
  • Comparable Company Analysis
  • Use predictive modeling to increase and optimize revenue generation, and other business outcomes.
  • Develop testing framework and test model quality.
  • Coordinate with different functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes.
  • Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy.
  • Support digital transformation efforts and link financial data sources to useful dashboards, monitoring systems, and KPI tracking
  • Ensuring accurate modeling of allocated portfolios and developing new transaction models and enhancing the existing models.

Additive Learning and Experience

  • Identifying the key financial and non-financial risks, recommending actions for mitigation of those risks.
  • Valuation of Companies.
  • Capital Structure Analysis.
  • Analyzing and identifying data requirements related derivation rules and model tracking.
  • Ensure accurate modeling of allocated asset portfolios, developing new transaction models, and enhancing the existing models.
