About the role:
This role would suit someone energized by the idea of enabling a large scale, real-time and mission critical application, and the responsibility that entails.
One of our client is experiencing rapid international growth thanks to the success of its video consultation solutions across major health systems such as the NHS in the UK. We are seeking someone with the requisite experience, aptitude and passion to work with our team of DevOps engineers and drive innovation.
Skills must include:
● Extensive experience working on the Amazon Web Services platform
● Experience working in an agile, cloud-based environment with a service-oriented culture
● Strong background and demonstratable experience in CICD, Pipelines, DevOps or similar
● Strong knowledge of Jenkins, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Serverless)
● Experience with Kubernetes and Dockers containers and containerization
● Experience with integration technology, automation and cloud coding languages
● Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills
● Solid attention to detail, critical thinking, flexibility and resourcefulness
● Understanding of AWS gigs like VPC, EC2, ECS, ALB/ELB
● Strong stakeholder management experience including excellent written and verbal communication
● Ability to work effectively in a geographically dispersed team
● Shell scripting,
Nice to have:
● Understanding of shell scripting, Unix/Linu Environments
● Working knowledge of Jenking integration with Puppet
● AWS solution architect certification
