- Level-1 Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, & networks
- Setting up accounts for new users on Outlook, Zoho, Slack, Teams & other software as needed
- Software and Applications installation and troubleshooting skills.
- L1 technical knowledge networking such as cable coding, network connectivity troubleshooting, IP Address etc.
