This is a full-time on-site role for an Export Coordinator with Innovamed Instruments, located in Sialkot. The Export Coordinator will be responsible for managing all aspects of international shipments, communicating with customers and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries, and handling all necessary documentation to ensure compliance with customs and trade regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in international logistics and supply chain management
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Experience with export regulations, customs clearance, and international trade compliance
- Familiarity with shipping software and tools, such as FedEx, DHL, and UPS
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis software
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience in the medical device industry is a plus
