Quotation Analyst

InnovaTech Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented Quotation Analyst to join our team. The Quotation Analyst collaborates with various departments to gather and analyze pricing information while maintaining comprehensive documentation. Responsibilities

Prepare and manage precise quotations by gathering and analyzing relevant cost and pricing data.
Develop cost estimates and pricing strategies to ensure competitive and profitable proposals.
Utilize Microsoft Excel features such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macros to analyze large datasets and automate reporting tasks.
Create and format professional quotation documents using Microsoft Word, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
Review and validate all quotation data to maintain high standards of accuracy and consistency.
Collaborate with sales, procurement, and finance teams to collect essential inputs and align quotations with business objectives.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market pricing trends and competitor pricing to inform pricing decisions.
Continuously improve quotation processes through analysis and the implementation of efficient spreadsheet models and templates.
Manage multiple quotations simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.
Identify and escalate any discrepancies or risks related to quotations to relevant stakeholders promptly.
