The Innovation and Establishment Coordinator – Crop Protection role is a full-time, on-site position based in Faisalabad. This role focuses on identifying, evaluating, and facilitating the introduction of innovative crop protection products and technologies tailored to local agricultural needs. The coordinator will manage field trials, gather and analyze performance data, and prepare detailed reports with recommendations to support product adoption. Collaboration with agronomists, sales teams, and farmers is essential to ensure effective product positioning, technical assistance, and market development. Additionally, the coordinator will support training sessions, product demonstrations, and documentation efforts to raise awareness and promote the proper use of crop protection solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee field trials for new crop protection products, ensuring accurate data collection and analysis.
- Evaluate product performance under varying environmental and farming conditions to provide evidence-based recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with agronomists, sales teams, and farmers to facilitate product positioning and market establishment.
- Assist in organizing and conducting training sessions, demonstrations, and technical briefings for farmers and internal teams.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation to support product adoption and continuous improvement.
- Manage timelines and logistics related to trial coordination and product launch activities.
- Travel to field locations regularly to engage with farming communities and gather firsthand insights.
Required Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and skills in agronomy, crop protection, and field trial management.
- Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and report writing to support product evaluation and recommendations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for conducting trainings, demonstrations, and internal briefings.
- Effective planning and organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks, coordinate trials, and support launches.
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Plant Protection, or a related discipline.
- Willingness to travel frequently and work closely with farmers, demonstrating a commitment to sustainable agricultural practices.
