Maintenance Manager - MEP Works
For housing Project In Islamabad
We are currently searching a qualified and reliable Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance department.
• 10 years of progressively responsible electrical maintenance experience
• Experience making staffing decisions, including hiring, scheduling and disciplining subordinates
• Demonstrably high level of technical understanding (especially in Electrical)
• Safety program management and implementation
Responsibilities
- Responsible for Maintenance of all Electrical transmission and distribution system.
- Responsible for Installation of Power Transformers, Generators and HT/Lt cabling network, Cabling High and low voltage, Generators, Street lights, Switch gears and pump station.
- Responsible for mechanical, complete water supply & drainage system.
