Innovative Engineering Solution is seeking a skilled MEP Field Engineer specializing in HVAC, Fire Fighting, and Plumbing systems to join our dynamic team. This role requires an experienced professional to oversee and manage field operations related to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installations on job sites. The ideal candidate will have at least eight years of practical experience and the capability to supervise and direct a team of 15 personnel, ensuring that all site activities adhere to project specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols. The successful MEP Field Engineer will take full responsibility for coordinating and executing HVAC, fire fighting, and plumbing system installations, working closely with project managers and subcontractors to guarantee timely and efficient project delivery. This position demands strong technical knowledge in system design and implementation combined with excellent leadership skills to manage a sizable field team effectively. The engineer must also maintain clear communication with stakeholders, manage resources, resolve site issues proactively, and enforce compliance with all safety regulations.
Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage daily field operations for HVAC, fire fighting, and plumbing installation projects.
  • Lead, mentor, and coordinate a team of 15 field engineers, technicians, and supervisors to achieve project goals.
  • Ensure installation activities comply with design specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
  • Review and interpret mechanical, electrical, and plumbing drawings to ensure correct implementation at the site.
  • Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and suppliers to arrange materials and resolve site challenges.
  • Monitor work progress, prepare daily reports, and provide timely updates on project status.
  • Conduct quality inspections and testing of installed systems to verify performance and functionality.
  • Manage site safety by enforcing safety guidelines, conducting risk assessments, and promoting safe work practices.
  • Provide technical guidance and solve engineering problems related to HVAC, fire fighting, and plumbing installations.
  • Maintain proper documentation including work orders, inspection reports, and compliance certificates.
  • Plan and schedule resources effectively to meet project delivery timelines.
  • Handle troubleshooting and corrective actions for site issues, collaborating closely with relevant stakeholders.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize installation processes and increase operational efficiency.
