We are looking for a candidate who will be responsible for our UK home security campaign, handling enquiries in a professional manner while providing the heighest level of customer service. Your job will be to analyse the customers needs and to offer the appropriate choice of services according to their demand.
You will be responsible to:
Take direct control of team retention levels.
Use company methodolgy and own intiatives to ensure retention targets are achieved.
Supervisory experience is required.
Oversee day to day operation.
Monitor team performance and report.
Motivate team members.
Discover training needs and provide coaching.
