- Facilitate and lead the Agile development team in following Scrum practices and principles.
- Guide and coach the team on Agile methodologies and best practices.
- Work closely with the product owner to ensure that the product backlog is well-maintained and that the team has a clear understanding of the product vision and goals.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Identify and remove any impediments that are preventing the team from achieving its goals.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement within the team and across the organization.
- Work with other Scrum Masters to continuously improve the Agile development process and practices.
- Monitor and report on the team's progress, velocity, and overall health to stakeholders.
