Innovia Solution is seeking motivated and customer-focused Sales Associates to join our dynamic team. As an Inbound Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in engaging with American customers who have scheduled meetings online, understanding their needs, and guiding them toward suitable solutions.

Responsibilities

Engage with inbound US-based customers via phone to understand their needs and provide appropriate product or service information.
Manage scheduled meetings with prospective clients, ensuring punctuality and preparedness for each interaction.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions in the company’s CRM system.
Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions to meet their needs, aiming to achieve or exceed sales targets.
Handle objections professionally, providing clear and concise information to resolve customer concerns.
Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate customer requirements and support seamless service delivery.
