A UK based IT Consultancy is looking to recruit a Remote Helpdesk Engineer. They will form part of an existing Helpdesk team providing support across their clients in London and the Home Counties. These roles will be based at our clients offices in Wah Cantt, Rawalpindi and Islamabad, Pakistan.

Essential skills & experience:

  • Professional Level English (Must)
  • 2+ years demonstrable experience providing Technical Support to a wide variety of users.
  • Windows Desktop Environments including Windows 10
  • Windows Server 2008/2012
  • MS Exchange 2007/2010/2013
  • MS Office 2007/2010/2013
  • Apple Macintosh Hardware and Operating environments
  • Networking including email routing and ADSL configuration
  • Excellent working knowledge of PC/Server hardware and applications
  • Possess excellent communication skills, both face to face and telephone.

Please note that he job includes providing remote support to users in the UK. The candidate should be fluent in english because the role will involve english communication all the times. People with call center or foriegn experience will be preferable.
