You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent customer service and support. You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer inquiries, and promoting our services and products.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Answering inbound calls from customers and addressing their inquiries, providing relevant information about our Products and services, packages, and promotions.

2. Making outbound calls to follow up with customers and upsell additional services and products.

3. Handling customer complaints, and issues, and providing appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

4. Keeping accurate records of customer interactions, and transactions, and updating customer information in the database.

5. Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

6. Meeting and exceeding sales targets and key performance indicators set by the company.

7. Staying updated on industry trends and knowledge of the latest packages, and services.

8. Adhering to company policies, and procedures, and maintaining a high level of professionalism and ethical conduct at all times.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a call center agent or similar customer service role, preferably in the Cable,Internet and home security industry.

2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a clear and professional telephone manner.

3. Strong customer service and sales-oriented mindset with the ability to build rapport and relationships with customers.

4. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling high call volumes while maintaining a positive attitude.

5. Proficiency in using call center technology and software.

6. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.

7. Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

8. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service or travel-related fields is a plus.
