We’re hiring personnel having experience in bookkeeping and taxation for US-based clients.

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented US Accounting & Taxation Professional to join our team.

We strongly encourage applications from candidates who have excellent practical knowledge of US bookkeeping, US taxation, or both. Whether your main strength is managing books and reconciliations or preparing US tax returns, we would be pleased to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Manage US bookkeeping processes efficiently for a diverse client portfolio.
Record, review, and accurately categorize all financial transactions and documents.
Perform thorough reconciliations of bank statements, credit card accounts, payroll records, and other financial accounts.
Maintain organized and detailed financial records in compliance with accounting standards.
Prepare and file US payroll tax returns, including but not limited to Form 941, SUTA, and FUTA.
Prepare or assist with US tax returns, such as Form 1040 for individuals, Form 1120S for S corporations, Form 1065 for partnerships, and various state income tax returns.
Communicate professionally and clearly with clients and team members to ensure smooth and effective workflows.
Ensure all accounting and taxation tasks are completed accurately and within established deadlines.
Stay updated on changes in US tax laws and regulations to provide accurate and compliant services.
Collaborate with team members to support continuous improvement in accounting and taxation practices.
Demonstrate willingness to learn and enhance skills in both bookkeeping and taxation areas.
Adhere to company policies and ethical standards in all accounting tasks.
