Inside Sales / Call Centre Executive

We are looking for confident Inside Sales/Call Centre Representatives to join our team on-site in Gulistan-e-Jauhar. The main goal of this role is to connect with clothing brands, generate leads, and convert prospects into clients. This position requires strong communication and sales skills, with working hours from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM (Pakistan Time). Candidates with experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or the apparel industry will find this role especially suitable.

Key Responsibilities
Engage with clothing brands to build and maintain strong business relationships. Proactively generate qualified leads through outreach and timely follow-up. Convert potential clients into paying customers by clearly communicating product features and value propositions. Keep accurate records of all client interactions and sales activities. Work closely with the sales team to achieve and surpass monthly sales targets. Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and long-term retention.

Required Qualifications
At least one year of experience in SEO, including both On-Page and Off-Page optimization techniques. Demonstrated communication and sales skills, preferably within a call centre or inside sales environment. Ability to work night shifts from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM Pakistan Time. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. Willingness to work on-site at the Gulistan-e-Jauhar location.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or the apparel industry is highly desirable. This is a full-time position offering a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs75,000 to Rs99,000.
