Inside Sales Representative

MWA Marketing is looking for motivated and target-driven Sales & Lead Generation Executives to join our team for a high-volume real estate lead generation campaign focused on the US market. In this role, you will engage with potential buyers and sellers across the United States, qualifying leads and setting appointments to support our client’s sales efforts. This position is suitable for both experienced telemarketing professionals and energetic freshers who are eager to build a career in international B2B/B2C sales. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to US-based prospects to generate and qualify real estate leads.
- Maintain clear and professional communication, actively engage clients, and skillfully handle objections.
- Accurately collect and document property and client information to be passed on to the client team.
- Consistently meet daily and monthly outbound calling and lead conversion targets.
- Update CRM systems with detailed caller notes and pipeline status to ensure data accuracy.

Required Qualifications
- Prior sales experience is preferred but not mandatory; freshers with excellent spoken English skills are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to work night shifts aligned with US business hours is essential.
- Strong verbal English communication and active listening skills are required.
- Demonstrated persistence, a goal-oriented mindset, and the ability to handle objections effectively.
