Job Description:

IT and Technical Support to all company staff
Software/Apps and login credentials administration
Troubleshooting technical issues proactively and independently
Creating, implementing, and updating IT and cybersecurity documentation, policies, and procedures
Research and implementation of any IT requirements with the company
Collaboration with other companies in various IT tasks
Helping team members with various IT tasks
Responsible for the company’s overall data security

Skills/Knowledge:

Knowledge of cybersecurity, best practices, and security protocols
Experience in Google Workspace, Employee Monitoring Apps, MDM, EHR/EMR, and Telehealth software is a plus
Strong research skills
Strong documentation skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Software development experience is a huge plus
Ability to work well with a team and to effectively work with various departments within a company
Passionate about learning new tools and technologies
Can handle day-to-day IT Tasks proactively and single-handedly

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Networking, or any IT-related field
2 or more Years of work experience in IT/Technical Support, IT Administration, or related roles
Willing to work in daytime Pacific Standard Time hours
Certification in CompTIA A+, Security+, and Google IT Support is a plus

System Requirements:

Desktop/Laptop: Your processor should be at least Inter Core i5 or higher or equivalent with 4GB of RAM (recommended 8GB)
Internet connection should have at least 10Mbps
