Job Title: Ecommerce Listings Manager and Marketer
Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Ecommerce Listings Manager and Marketer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing product listings across various ecommerce platforms, optimizing listings for maximum visibility and conversion, and implementing marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, SEO principles, and digital marketing techniques.
Responsibilities:
Listing Management:
- Create and manage product listings on ecommerce platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Shopify, etc.
- Optimize product titles, descriptions, images, and other content for search visibility and conversion.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of product information across all listings.
- Monitor and update inventory levels, pricing, and promotions as needed.
- Implement A/B testing strategies to optimize listing performance.
SEO Optimization:
- Conduct keyword research to identify relevant terms and phrases for product listings.
- Optimize listings for search engines to improve organic visibility.
- Stay updated on SEO best practices and algorithm changes to maintain competitive advantage.
Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales to ecommerce listings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns, email marketing, social media initiatives, etc.
- Utilize paid advertising channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc., to increase product visibility and drive conversions.
- Analyze marketing data and metrics to assess campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
Competitor Analysis:
- Monitor competitor product listings, pricing, and marketing strategies.
- Identify opportunities and threats in the market and adjust strategies accordingly.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversion rates, sales, and ROI.
- Generate regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of listing optimizations and marketing initiatives.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in ecommerce listings management and digital marketing.
- Proficiency in using ecommerce platforms such as Amazon Seller Central, eBay Seller Hub, Shopify, etc.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and techniques.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar analytics tools.
