The Branch Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the operations of IIPD Global Lahore, ensuring the branch runs effectively and aligns with our mission of bridging the gap between education and industry. This position combines leadership with operational management to foster growth, meet financial objectives, and enhance overall branch performance. The Branch Manager is instrumental in shaping the training experiences our institute offers, by leading initiatives that drive business development and client engagement, while implementing best practices in financial and operational management. This role requires comprehensive skills in leadership, communication, and financial analysis to navigate the complexities of the education and training sectors, especially in automation and technology fields. In addition, the Branch Manager is responsible for steering the team towards success through effective recruitment, mentoring, and performance management, fostering a culture focused on results and operational excellence. The position necessitates active involvement in community outreach and representation at industry events to strengthen IIPDs visibility and partnerships. With a focus on compliance and efficient operational systems, the Branch Manager will ensure all activities adhere to regulatory standards and organizational policies, contributing to the institution's long-term sustainability and impact in the sector.
Responsibilities

  • Oversee all daily branch operations, including finances, staffing, and performance metrics, ensuring seamless functioning and sustainable growth.
  • Strategically drive sales growth and business development initiatives within B2B, B2C, and institutional segments, identifying new markets and revenue opportunities.
  • Ensure timely completion of registration processes and pre-qualification requirements with relevant government and corporate bodies to facilitate IIPD's project participation.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and pipelines, monitoring team performance and optimizing client satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
  • Manage financial planning, budgeting, and risk controls to assure profitability, timely collections, and overall financial health of the branch.
  • Recruit, mentor, and foster the development of a high-performing team, promoting a results-oriented culture through KPIs and professional training.
  • Implement strategic branding and marketing initiatives to position IIPD Lahore as a premier automation training institution.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, industry partners, and students, ensuring a customer-centric approach in all services.
  • Design and establish efficient internal systems and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for registrations, sales follow-ups, customer support, and training delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with all organizational, legal, and regulatory standards, including human resources policies, contracts, data protection, and training certifications.
  • Represent IIPD at industry exhibitions, seminars, and educational events to enhance visibility and develop partnerships.
  • Contribute to the community through hands-on training programs that empower youth and professionals, aligning with the vision of IIPD.
