EDGE is seeking a dedicated and highly articulate Insurance & Billing Coordinator to join the administrative team of a growing pediatric practice serving 50–55 patients daily. This role involves full ownership of accounts receivable, Medicaid check postings, claim denial management, and prior authorizations. The coordinator will work closely with the Office Manager and clinical staff in an out-of-network environment, while maintaining warm and professional interactions with patient families. Candidates must be based in Lahore or Islamabad and demonstrate flexibility to work across various US time zones.

Key Responsibilities
- Process complex weekly Medicaid check postings into patient charts, track secondary claims, and resolve Medicaid denials, especially for hospital and IV sedation procedures.
- Manage high-priority insurance pre-authorizations for hospital and IV sedation cases to avoid coverage delays.
- Post daily EFT payments, submit secondary claims, manage patient payment tables, issue paper and digital statements, and actively reduce backlog accounts receivable reports older than 90 days.
- Use Dental Intel software to identify outstanding patient balances and secure collections or payment plans before patient appointments.
- Compile and submit daily end-of-day reports detailing deposits, postings, and collections.
- Retrieve voicemails, follow up on missed appointments, manage cancellations, perform insurance verifications, and assist parents with out-of-network coverage inquiries.
- Contact uninsured families to collect intake information and ensure complete administrative preparation using Dentrix software.

Required Qualifications
- Residency in Islamabad or Lahore, Pakistan.
- Fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Flexibility to work across different US time zones according to practice needs.
- Proven experience with US dental billing, Medicaid check posting, handling out-of-network patient portions, and managing prior authorizations.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, trustworthy, and capable of working independently without constant supervision.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Practical experience using Dentrix (G7/Server) and Dental Intel software is strongly preferred.
