Automation Technician (Microsoft Technologies & n8n) – 100% Remote

Short profile We are hiring multiple technicians across clearly defined focus areas around the Microsoft Power Platform (especially Power Automate), Azure, and APIs – in full-time, part-time, a Student Programme (minimum 2 days/week), and a Graduate Programme (full-time) for university graduates.

100% Remote – core working hours 06:00–17:00 UTC, flexible beyond that; weekend work optional. Ownership: You take on your own project or, in larger initiatives, a clearly scoped sub-project — with responsibility and independent execution.

We specialise in digitalisation and automation in the Microsoft ecosystem.

We are hiring multiple technicians in full-time / part-time Focus areas — choose your track

  • Power Automate (Power Platform): Design, implement, and operate flows; error handling, monitoring (run history/alerts), idempotency/de-dup; reuse via Solutions, environments, connection references.

  • Bot technology (Microsoft Copilot Studio / formerly Power Virtual Agents): Model conversation flows/topics, hand-offs and actions; connect connectors; authentication (Azure AD), DLP/policies; integrate with Microsoft Teams; API calls/plugins; logging/telemetry; guardrails/safety; optional Copilot extensions (prompts/plugins) — with a focus on productive value (FAQ bots, assistants, automation triggers).

  • APIs & integrations: Connect endpoints, use webhooks/HTTP, shape JSON; handle auth flows (API key/OAuth 2.0); respect rate limits/timeouts/retries; provide clean interface documentation.

  • Postman-driven API development: Develop, test, and document endpoints (collections, environments, automated tests); reproduce error patterns.

  • Azure integration & AI (incl. Azure OpenAI/GPT): Integrate Azure Cognitive Services / Form Recognizer (optionally Computer Vision); provision Azure OpenAI (resource, model deployments e.g., GPT-4o/mini); set up auth (API key/Azure AD) and content safety; plan prompt/flow design and cost/throughput; implement on-your-data / RAG with Azure AI Search + Storage; integrate into Power Automate via HTTP/custom connector; manage secrets via Key Vault; logging/monitoring.

  • Process & workflow design in the Microsoft ecosystem: Productive use of Outlook/OneDrive/SharePoint/Teams connectors and, where appropriate, the Microsoft Graph API; robust, maintainable end-to-end processes with clear hand-offs, solid exception handling, and measurable monitoring/alerting.

Compensation & working model

World-class technology environment: Modern Microsoft/Azure cloud (Power Platform, Azure incl. Azure OpenAI) with clean interfaces, security-by-design, and scalable architecture.

  • Remote-first — core working hours 06:00–17:00 UTC, flexible beyond that; weekend work optional.

  • Contract types: Full-time, part-time, Student Programme (minimum 2 days/week) and Graduate Programme (full-time).

  • Compensation: Fixed salary + performance bonus (target-based).
