Key Responsibilities

Integration Architecture Design and Leadership: Define and develop enterprise-wide integration architectures for new deals and significant change requests. Create scalable, reliable, and manageable integration solutions by analyzing applications, data formats, connectivity, and client requirements. Provide technical leadership in designing, developing, and implementing integration solutions using modern technologies. Evaluate current integration landscapes, identify improvements, and articulate best practices and integration patterns. Recommend products and solutions aligned with the overall technology ecosystem and collaborate closely with IT teams to ensure smooth transitions and issue resolution. Document integration architectures comprehensively, validate prototypes from technical and cost perspectives, and perform root cause analysis to resolve architectural challenges. Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into IT planning. Provide strategic input during project planning and ensure solutions conform to enterprise architecture standards while identifying implementation risks.

Enable Delivery Teams: Build strong relationships with technical leaders, product owners, architects, and stakeholders to act as a trusted advisor. Establish and monitor integration metrics (KPIs/SLAs) to drive performance. Identify integration risks and develop mitigation plans. Ensure quality assurance of integration designs and provide technical support to delivery teams. Lead the development and maintenance of integration frameworks and related artifacts. Promote collaboration across product teams and enforce consistent application of integration principles and standards. Support pre-sales activities by presenting solution designs and engaging with clients to meet requirements. Demonstrate thought leadership and technical expertise to build client confidence and act as a trusted advisor.

Competency Building and Branding: Complete necessary trainings and certifications on integration middleware. Develop proof of concepts, case studies, and demos to address emerging customer needs. Contribute thought leadership by authoring white papers, blogs, and representing Wipro in internal and external forums. Support market recognition efforts through analyst rankings, client testimonials, and partner credits. Mentor junior architects, developers, and designers to foster career growth. Participate in the integration practice by conducting interviews and contributing to talent development.

Team Management: Anticipate talent requirements based on market trends and client needs. Support hiring efforts by conducting interviews and ensuring the right resources are onboarded. Facilitate onboarding and training to enhance team capabilities. Provide performance management support by assisting project managers with setting objectives, conducting reviews, and delivering constructive feedback.

Required Qualifications

- 8 to 10 years of experience in integration architecture and solution design.
- Strong expertise in WebMethods and related integration middleware technologies.
- Proven ability to design scalable, reliable, and manageable enterprise integration solutions.
- Experience in providing technical leadership and mentoring teams.
- Demonstrated skills in client engagement, pre-sales support, and delivering thought leadership.
- Ability to develop integration frameworks, metrics, and risk mitigation plans.
