Integration Developer (Remote, Anywhere from Pakistan, USD Salary)

We are seeking a skilled Integration Developer with a strong background in designing and implementing integration solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience working in dynamic environments and possess the technical expertise to develop scalable, efficient integration systems. This role requires a proactive individual who can collaborate effectively within teams while taking ownership of complex technical challenges. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to ensure seamless connectivity across various platforms and applications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate within large development teams as well as smaller project groups to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Maintain a client-focused approach, creatively addressing client requirements and ensuring satisfaction.

- Perform additional duties as assigned to support team and project goals.
- Hands-on experience with Java development and/or integration platforms like MuleSoft, WSO2, Azure, BizTalk, or SSIS is considered an advantage.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in developing integration solutions.
- Proven ability to work effectively in fast-paced, constantly evolving environments.
- Experience implementing Microservices Architecture.
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles to produce maintainable and efficient code.
- Expertise in API-led connectivity to ensure seamless integration across diverse systems.
- Proficiency in developing REST APIs to enable efficient communication between applications.
- Practical experience working with message brokers to manage and optimize data flow.
- Extensive knowledge of designing and developing web services for optimal performance and reliability.
- Familiarity with JSON and XML data formats to ensure compatibility and efficient data exchange.
- Solid understanding of Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) design principles.
- Knowledge of integration design patterns to support effective problem-solving and system optimization.
- Strong database skills to facilitate seamless data integration across platforms.
- Excellent communication skills with a consultative and analytical approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
