Data Scientist

You will be responsible for leveraging statistical analysis, machine learning techniques, and advanced algorithms to extract actionable insights from complex datasets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop predictive models, uncover hidden patterns, and drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities:

Collect, preprocess, and analyze large datasets using statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms.
Develop and implement predictive models, recommendation systems, and other machine learning solutions to address business challenges and opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, gather requirements, and deliver data-driven solutions that drive business impact.
Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations within the data, and communicate key findings to stakeholders.
Design and implement experiments to test hypotheses, validate models, and optimize performance.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data science and machine learning to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements:

Bachelors or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Data Scientist or similar role, with a strong track record of developing and deploying machine learning models in a production environment.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java for data analysis and machine learning.
Experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or Keras.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and derive insights from complex datasets.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Apache Kafka is a plus.
