Primary responsibility will be to provide essential client focus, acting as the user representative (Product Owner) for our clients within the SCRUM project teams. You will work liaising closely with Developers and Testers, often under pressure and to demanding project timescales.
The key responsibilities would include:
- Act as a Product Owner on behalf of clients in SCRUM teams
- Develop strong understanding of customer requirements and corresponding solutions
- Pro-actively address project management issues to ensure accuracy and timely delivery of solutions to the customers
- Develop technical documentation and training and provide proactive updates to the stakeholders.
- Facilitate meetings with customers to document business requirements
- Undertake the Blueprinting / Business Requirements process.
- Raise opportunities for simplification and contribute to the standardization effort
- Help Development team in designing and defining Solution Architecture
- Work on Improving Business Processes, Product and Service Quality
- Assist Business Development Team in identifying Project Scope, Cost and delivering Technical Pre-Sales related demos or POCs to clients.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert – Pre-Sales
