Job Description: Creative Strategist
Assists Strategic Lead in assigning projects to team members within the departments and in other departments, utilizing current workload, skill sets and experience.
Participate in assignment input meetings with client and account team to get briefs or feedback.
Participate in and lead internal brainstorming sessions for projects
Work on creative concept notes to pitch to potential clients
Work on proposal pitches for new clients and potential clients
Create monthly content plans for clients with creative concepts
Work on creative campaigns for clients including ideation, research, concept development, content development, aesthetic direction and execution monitoring
Work with the design team to ensure proper execution of your concept
Work with the video team on video concepts
Monitor the social media executive to ensure correct and timely posting and community management
Conduct presentations in front of clients and/or team members when needed
Keep yourself informed of market trends and innovations as well as sharing such updates with the team
Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own implementation from ideation to execution
Work on branding projects in collaboration with the copywriter and design team and conduct research, drive forward brand identity and ensure homogeneity in all elements
Ability to lead and execute marketing initiatives – leveraging internal support and driving collaboration amongst teams
Develop strategies and resources that drive qualified traffic to the sales team
Oversee and approve company marketing materials (from website landing pages, paid advertising, lead magnets, case studies and more)
Experiment with a variety of organic and paid channels for content creation, PPC campaigns, digital event management, social media campaigns, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis and more
Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly
Collect/understand design requirements to ensure consistency of brand identity internally and externally
