 Functions & Responsibilities (duties to be performed by this position)

Compensation & Benefits

  •   Prepare internal benchmarking system, analyze and suggest changes at the time of annual/probation appraisal.
  •   Analyze existing payroll, level and designations; develop grading structure.
  •   Discuss Salary & benefits with shortlisted applicant and negotiate salary and benefits.
  •   Verify HR Headcount Report and share with the finance department.
  •   Ensure accurate employee’s information and other required details with in ERP.

Employee Relation:

  • Ensure the fair treatment of employees and effective communication between employees and managers.
  • Listen to and address employee concerns to encourage a supportive atmosphere in the workplace
  • Address conflicts and strive to resolve them in a positive manner that benefits all parties and facilitates healthy work relationships.

 Recruitment & Selection:

  • To attract, screen and select potential & qualified candidates based on the required skill set defined.
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications in coordination with relevant line managers.
  • Prepare analytical and well-documented recruiting reports.

Performance Management:

  • Prepare Performance evaluation mechanism as per annual departmental Goals & Objectives.
  • Discuss Goals & Objective performance with Departmental Heads on a quarterly basis.
  • Manage annual performance appraisal activity, monitor the data compilation; finalize appraisals in accordance with Annual Rating, Internal Benchmarking and grading structure.

Compliance:

  •  Ensure all employees are educated on the latest regulations and processes.
  •  Create sound internal controls and monitor adherence to them
  •  Set plans to manage a crisis or compliance violation

HR Internal Reports:

  • Develop different Workforce Analysis Reports such as turnover analysis, hiring analysis, attendance and leaves.
  • Prepare HR Productivity reports and identify areas of improvement.

Any other task assigned by Supervisor
