  • Hiring, developing and managing the overall project team to achieve the role’s objectives.
  • Establishing, refining and inculcating the procedures in the project team pertaining to the working methodology for achieving the project’s objectives.
  • Working collaboratively with the in-house project teams and the client to manage the dynamic requirements during the project’s development and delivery, managing the agreed upon scope, and maintaining a documentary track record of project activities.
  • Devising and implementing software design, development, build, integration, deployment, release management and documentation strategies for undertaking the project development.
  • Keeping the internal stakeholders abreast of the project’s progress, challenges and outlook with respect to timely delivery.
  • Identifying risks and working with relevant stakeholders to mitigate the risks.

Design and Development

  • Software Architecture and Development
  • Designing the overall software architecture for the project’s successful implementation, cohesively with the underlying hardware infrastructure.
  • Managing the development of the software according to the specified design through the project’s software development team.

Integration

  • Software Integration
  • Ensuring seamless integration of various software components, that will be developed during the project, into a unified product.
  • Integration of currently defined data sources (primary, secondary, third party) into the to-be-developed software, with flexibility to incorporate additional datasets whose need will likely arise in the long run.

Innovation

R&D

  • Incorporating an innovation-led mindset into the design and development process, devising innovative solutions to design and development challenges, and incorporating well-researched cutting edge methodologies and technologies into the project.

Customer Focus

  • Client Interaction and Management
  • Keeping the client-side stakeholders on-board during the design and development process, managing client requirements and expectations.
  • Managing client-led meetings with third-party data sources/providers.
