Interior & Construction Site Supervisor

SAMA ENGINEERING is seeking an experienced Interior & Construction Site Supervisor to independently oversee interior and renovation projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess practical expertise in interior designing, civil and construction work, finishing, material selection, and site execution. This role requires strong leadership skills to effectively manage various skilled workers and contractors, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of interior and construction/renovation work at project sites.
- Supervise and coordinate multiple trades including carpenters, electricians, plumbers, masons, painters, fabricators, ceiling workers, tile/flooring specialists, and other contractors.
- Take accurate measurements and assess site requirements.
- Interpret and understand interior layouts, drawings, and design specifications.
- Ensure execution aligns with drawings and required finishing standards.
- Arrange and manage labor, workers, and contractors efficiently.
- Monitor daily progress and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Inspect workmanship and finishing quality to maintain high standards.
- Manage material requirements, quantities, and usage on-site.
- Coordinate purchasing and delivery of construction and interior materials.
- Address site issues promptly and implement practical solutions.
- Facilitate proper coordination between different trades to avoid delays.
- Oversee civil, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, flooring, painting, carpentry, and finishing work.
- Maintain discipline on-site and ensure workers complete assigned tasks responsibly.
- Provide regular progress updates and coordinate with management.

Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5+ years of hands-on experience in interior, construction, or renovation projects.
- Strong practical knowledge of interior designing and construction processes.
- Proven ability to manage and coordinate work through diverse workers and contractors.
- Good understanding of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, civil work, painting, flooring, ceiling, and finishing techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, measurements, and site requirements accurately.
- Excellent site management and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on, hardworking, and responsible approach to project execution.
- Capability to independently manage projects/sites from start to finish.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
