This full-time, on-site position based in Lahore seeks an Interior Designer and Visual Merchandiser to develop interior concepts for residential and commercial spaces. The role involves creating layout plans, mood boards, and material selections that align with the brand’s aesthetic. The successful candidate will design furniture and accessory placements, craft visually compelling store displays, and ensure cohesive styling across showrooms. Daily tasks include collaborating with sales and production teams, preparing presentations and drawings, coordinating FF&E selections, and maintaining showroom standards to enhance the customer experience. The role also requires site visits, supervision of installations, and staying updated on the latest trends in interior design and visual merchandising.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop interior design concepts for residential and commercial projects, including space planning and material selection.
- Design furniture and accessory placements to create visually appealing and functional environments.
- Create and maintain compelling visual merchandising displays across showrooms to reflect the brand’s identity.
- Collaborate closely with sales and production teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment with client expectations.
- Prepare detailed presentations, drawings, and mood boards for client and internal review.
- Coordinate FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) selections, including materials, finishes, and accessories.
- Conduct site visits and supervise installation processes to ensure quality and adherence to design plans.
- Maintain showroom standards to provide an enhanced customer experience.
- Keep abreast of current trends in interior design and visual merchandising to continuously innovate and improve displays.

Required Qualifications
- Strong skills in interior design and space planning, capable of creating functional and aesthetically pleasing layouts.
- Knowledge of architecture and construction drawings to translate design concepts into practical, buildable solutions.
- Expertise in FF&E selection, including materials, finishes, and accessories.
- Proficiency in design and visualization software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools. Familiarity with graphic design software like Adobe Creative Suite is advantageous.
- Relevant degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Prior experience in furniture design, retail, or showroom design is preferred.
- Excellent aesthetic sense, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively on-site with cross-functional teams and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
