Interior Designer Female

We are seeking a creative, confident, and professionally presented female Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for aesthetics, strong communication skills, and hands-on experience in designing both residential and commercial interiors. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and translating these into elegant, functional, and visually appealing interior spaces.

Key Responsibilities

- Meet with clients to gather information about their lifestyle, requirements, preferences, and budget.
- Develop innovative interior design concepts tailored to residential and commercial projects.
- Prepare mood boards, select materials, design furniture layouts, choose color schemes, and create design presentations.
- Select suitable furniture, lighting, fabrics, finishes, décor, and accessories that align with project goals.
- Coordinate furniture and interior selections with the company’s existing product range.
- Professionally prepare and present design concepts to clients.
- Conduct site visits to inspect project progress and ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Collaborate with contractors, vendors, craftsmen, and production teams to maintain project quality.
- Take precise measurements and develop space planning layouts.
- Assist clients in choosing furniture and customized interior solutions.
- Manage project timelines and coordinate effectively with internal teams.
- Stay updated on current trends in luxury furniture, interior design, materials, and décor.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 1 to 3+ years of relevant professional experience in interior design.
- Strong understanding of interior design principles, including materials, furniture, lighting, and finishes.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, Photoshop, or similar tools.
- Excellent presentation skills and ability to handle client interactions confidently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative mindset with a well-developed sense of color, proportion, and aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Professional demeanor with confidence and polished presentation.
- Willingness to visit project sites as required.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- A portfolio showcasing previous interior design projects is highly desirable.
- The position offers a monthly salary ranging from Rs 60,000 to Rs 70,000.
- Work location is in person, providing direct engagement with clients and project teams.
