Interior Designer

Renove Interiors is seeking a skilled Interior Designer to join their team in Islamabad, Pakistan. With over 14 years of experience, Renove Interiors is a full-service interior design firm specializing in both commercial and residential projects across the twin cities. The company offers comprehensive turnkey solutions including kitchens, doors, wardrobes, media walls, interiors, and furniture tailored to meet the functional and aesthetic needs of homes and offices. The ideal candidate will work on-site, collaborating closely with clients and vendors to deliver designs that align with client tastes, budgets, and site conditions while ensuring timely and quality execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, design, and execute interior projects for residential and commercial spaces.
- Conduct thorough client consultations to understand requirements and site conditions.
- Develop space plans, optimize layouts, and create circulation designs.
- Select finishes, furnishings, and coordinate FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment).
- Prepare mood boards, material boards, and 3D visualizations to present design concepts.
- Produce detailed construction drawings and technical documentation for contractors and vendors.
- Oversee site work to ensure design implementation aligns with plans, budget, and timelines.
- Collaborate effectively with project teams and maintain clear communication with clients.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a closely related field.
- Strong foundation in interior design and architecture, integrating aesthetics with functionality.
- Proficiency in space planning for both residential and commercial projects.
- Experience in creating accurate construction drawings and technical documentation.
- Knowledge of FF&E selection, specification, and coordination.
- Skilled in industry-standard design and drafting software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools.
- Strong visual presentation skills including mood boards, material boards, and 3D visualizations.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to manage feedback and expectations.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
