Delta Design & Engineering (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking a talented and creative Interior Designer to join our expanding team in Lahore, Pakistan. This full-time position requires a professional with 3 to 4 years of experience in interior design who is passionate about creating innovative and functional spaces. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage projects from concept through completion while collaborating effectively with clients and team members.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed interior design drawings, 3D views, and presentations using industry-standard software.
- Apply strong knowledge of space planning and interior design concepts to create functional and aesthetically pleasing environments.
- Select appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting to enhance design quality.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to client requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain high standards of design aesthetics and attention to detail throughout all phases of the project.
- Communicate design ideas clearly and resolve any challenges that arise during the design and implementation process.

Required Qualifications:
- 3 to 4 years of professional experience in interior design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max/V-Ray, or other relevant design software.
- Strong understanding of materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate and communicate effectively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to produce high-quality presentations and detailed drawings.
