Intern – Social Media and Content

Chainfore (Private) Limited, a digital engineering and technology company based in Lahore, is offering a paid internship opportunity for a Social Media and Content Intern. The role is on-site in Gulberg and spans three months, with the possibility of extension into a full-time position. Chainfore serves clients across the US, Europe, and the Middle East while also developing its own consumer products for Pakistani and diaspora audiences. As the company prepares to launch a new consumer brand, it seeks a motivated individual passionate about Instagram and TikTok to help build the brand’s social media presence from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and publish daily content on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Edit Reels and TikTok videos using creator-generated footage, including cutting, adding captions, subtitles, music, and hooks.
- Write engaging captions and short scripts in Urdu, Roman Urdu, and English.
- Coordinate with user-generated content (UGC) creators by sending briefs, collecting videos, and tracking submissions.
- Respond to comments and direct messages, escalating serious queries to the support team.
- Monitor weekly social media metrics such as reach, follower growth, profile visits, and website clicks, and report on effective strategies.
- Research trending content formats, audio clips, and styles relevant to Pakistani and diaspora audiences.

Required Qualifications:
- Final-year student or recent graduate in Media, Mass Communication, Marketing, BBA, or any field with a strong portfolio of relevant work.
- Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut, InShot, Premiere Pro, or similar software.
- Deep understanding of Pakistani family culture to create content that resonates with both parents and younger audiences.
- Comfortable writing fluently in both Urdu and English.
- Highly organized and consistent, capable of managing posting schedules independently.
- A portfolio showcasing personal social media pages, edited Reels, or other content creations.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Basic design skills, particularly with Canva, are advantageous.
- Experience in growing and managing a social media page is a plus.
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite is desirable.

Interns will receive a monthly stipend and gain real ownership of a brand’s social media presence from its launch phase. The position offers direct mentorship from the company’s founder, providing valuable industry insights. Upon successful completion, interns will be awarded an experience certificate and may be considered for a full-time role based on performance.
